What is your biggest career win to date? Founding KORE Accounting Solutions after being a stay-at-home mom for over 15 years
What is your best piece of advice for current and/or future women leaders? Always make your loved ones your top priority. And then, know what you want, set a goal, laser focus, and be unstoppable!
Name a woman mentor who has meant a lot to your career and why? My mother set a perfect example of a strong woman, she always believed in me, and she supported me in everything I wanted to do.
What do you see as the biggest hurdle facing women who are working to advance into leadership positions? The biggest hurdle women have are those that they themselves believe they have.
What needs to change to make that hurdle fall? Believe in yourself and your abilities, and have the confidence that you can achieve whatever you want.
What do you do to recharge? I bake for my family and friends.
